The result of this research is accessories like this functional rear fender extension, designed and manufactured specifically for the Japanese four-cylinder motorcycle to protect the rear wheel area—including the chain, wheel, swingarm, brake caliper, and the rider's legs—from water and mud.

The accessory is black so as not to clash with the aesthetics of the motorcycle and is integrated with the motorcycle's original fender using practical rivets.
