Puig D12 Winglets for Aprilia Tuono 457

Puig's new D12 winglet line has been created with a clear objective: to prioritize aerodynamics above all else. These side winglets have been developed to offer maximum aerodynamic performance on high-performance motorcycles.

The innovative dual-wing design, with differentiated surfaces separated by a side winglet, allows air flow to be channeled upwards, generating greater downforce without penalizing the overall aerodynamic coefficient. The inclination of the surfaces has been carefully studied to offer an optimal balance between performance and stability.

Thanks to this configuration, a downforce of up to 4.4 kg is achieved on the front axle, resulting in an anti-wheelie effect, greater stability at high speeds (anti-shimmie), more composure during braking, and better handling in changes of direction.

Designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona, they combine advanced engineering and racing design. They are made of 4 mm thick CN acrylic material with rounded finishes for greater safety, and are attached using 2 mm metal supports with a textured black finish.

Assembly is simple, requires no mechanical knowledge, and can be easily done by following the included or online instructions.
